Default action for “Swipe Down” should be the Dockbar #49

I would like to suggest that the default action for “Swipe Down” should
actually be the Dockbar, and NOT the typical Notification. People are already
used to simply grabbing the main Taskbar and swiping down to bring up any
notifications. Swiping Down to bring up or close the Dockbar is awesome, this
is what got me using it :)

Almost forgot to mention people, The dockbar can support more than just the 6
visible shortcuts... add more and you can slide it either left or right, how
nice is that :)

You can change the swipe behaviours in the system preferences screen to do what
you're asking.
