Custom Folders #61

In the same kilter as the "Custom Shortcut" capability, create a "Custom 
Folder" capability. This would allow custom icon usage (similar to Folder 
Organizer).

Note that you can already make a custom shortcut to a drawer group.

You can already make custom folders, and also set custom folder images in 
latest version, this issue should be removed.

Instructions:

Long Press Home Screen
Select Folders
Select New Folder

Drag desired shortcuts into the folder

Long Press on folder
Select Edit
Edit the folder name
Tap on folder image to change the folder image

ADW Settings -> UI Settings -> Folders -> Show Contents (Toggle On/Off) to 
change the way the folder image looks.
