Gonna go ahead and mix this one in with the other request for larger dock icons 
(AB Scale Factor by the way). Custom docks are used in themes, try and  learn 
to make your own theme if you want a custom dock (It's a great learning 
experience!) or hope that Ander graces us with his magic coding skills and 
allows the user to use their own dock bg.

I just want to add, that more then a larger dock is needed - the screen 
resolutions are getting very dense, and this is making icons and fonts look 
small. Android needs options to make everything larger.
