Hover Effect Not Working in Navbar

Bug Description

The hover effect in the navbar section is currently not functioning.

Provide a detailed description of the bug

The hover effect in the navbar section is currently not functioning. When hovering over any of the navigation buttons, there is no visual response or change, which impacts the interactivity and overall user experience.

Current Behavior:

• The hover effect is non-existent for all navbar buttons, including Home, About, Services, and Contact Us.
• Users do not receive any visual indication when they hover over these buttons.

Suggested Improvement:

• Implement a hover effect for each navbar button to ensure interactive behavior. A color change or highlight could be used as the hover effect to improve the user experience.

Expected Behavior

• All navbar buttons should have a hover effect to provide visual feedback when users interact with them.
• This will enhance the user interface and make the navigation experience more intuitive.
