[Bug]: The dark mode button isn't working

Bug Description

The dark mode button isn't working when clicked

Provide a detailed description of the bug

The dark mode button on the website is not functioning as expected when clicked. When users attempt to toggle dark mode, the button either fails to switch the theme or doesn't visually indicate any change. As a result, the theme remains stuck in the current mode (light or dark), leading to a poor user experience.

Expected Behavior

The website theme should switch between light and dark modes. Visual elements like background, text, and other components should adjust according to the selected theme. The button itself should visually reflect the mode change (e.g., icon switch or button state change).
