Notification pop-up inconsistencies #62

notify-send "Hello!" "What is go"

Does not produce a pop-up, but:

notify-send "Hello!" "What is goi"

does produce a pop-up on Manjaro Phosh.

Both notifications can still be viewed if you swipe down from the top to view the notification area.
