phone fails to boot with black screen if rear camera security dip switch is off #49

ive updated my os to the latest as of today. and now it doesnt boot anymore if the switch for the rear camera is off. ive tried booting several times and ive isolated it to that switch. if the front is off it boots, but if rear is off it doesnt.
