Fails to switch the language to German #63

For a friend with a PinePhone, I installed Manjaro ARM, Plasma Mobile 202211270709 remotely (using JumpDrive). The friend reported, that it worked fine, but changing the language to German and confirming the reboot, it still starts up in English.

Most things in the Plasma Mobile interface does not seem to be properly translated yet.

It's a known upstream issue.
