Modem does not enable after turning off airplane mode #68

i am using pinephone When i turn off airplane mode the modem is stuck in disabled mode I can enable the modem again with "mmcli -m any -e -vvv" but it will go back to disabled when modem manager is restarted or the device is rebooted

KDE Plasma Version 5.26.4 Useing Factory Image 202212201610

Issue does exist in the Beta 14 image
