GE OGUI Test and validate handhelds functionality #8

We should select a couple of devices we would like to validate for functionality. Then on the release announcement write a short summary of the user experience/known issues people may expect on these devices.

Hardware we have on hand;

Steam Deck (LCD)
Asus Ally
OrangePi Neo

Steam Deck supported added in kernel 6.10.10-2 on unstable with https://gitlab.manjaro.org/packages/core/linux610/-/commit/6d254b9fcc26b541fe0a87ba3037cb28e892b6c6
