Manjaro is installed in a VMWare VM and the network is behind a Proxy.
http_proxy, https_proxy and ftp_proxy are set correctly. pacman works as expected. But if I try to update the language packs via manjaro-settings-manager ist hangs forever at the :: Retrieving packages... state. There is no timeout, no error message, nothing. I don't know what it is doing without any feedback.
Does someone know what kind of protocol is used to download the packs?
