changing main repository from github.com to notabug.org #518

Thank you for adding masalla icon theme to manjaro repo. we change the main repository from github.com to notabug.org, so i made a small changes in PKGBUILD file to use the new repository.

Thanks for the info. Manjaro, too, has migrated away from github and I have incorporated your updated url in our gitlab repo. However it won't hurt to merge this here aswell ... :wink:
