Expected: SSLVerify True/False #121

I have this issue with Manjaro 17.1.4 when updating the mirrors I get this error:

Invalid setting in /etc/pacman-mirrors.conf 'SSLVerify = True'; EXPECTED True|False This fixes it

The issue rose from a faulty config verification which has been fixed.

No need for changing the default config.
