Adding net-tools in our ISOs

Recently have remove this package from your isos, but is great for manage network and check ip with ifconfig.

Please re add this package.

As you might already know the command ip is the replacement for net-tools because it's more powerful that's why you should really try to switch to that. But if you insist in not wanting to switch, just install it again.
