Adopt yakuake maia theme and or maia cursor theme for Plasma

@Kirek @philmmanjaro , you know i not run Plasma or Qt DE but just to inform you if lost this:

• Skin for Yakuake to match with maia color > yakuake-skin-maia
• Cursor theme with maia theme > maia-cursor-theme
