Hi @nadirhadji, I'm not the repository maintainer, but volume 4 of TAOCP is being released in fascicles. This means the entirety of volume 4 has not been released yet. This repository contains volume 4A (Chapter 7 to 7.2.1). Volume 4B (Chapters 7.2.2 to 7.2.2.2) has already been released, and can be found for free here (I don't own or have any affiliation).

If you want to know more about future plans for TAOCP check out Knuth's University page for TAOCP.
