SSH not working on Raptor Lake and Sapphire Rapids #6

Raptor Lake and Sapphire Rapids are not properly processing the CpuSet Mask. Thus there are weird effects when SSH is enabled. There's no fix planned, will investigate if and when a platform is available for testing.
