Add reference diagram for QWERTY alpha layout #291

I made a QWERTY diagram to help new folks (like me) get started with the project. Unlike #106, this is for the column-staggered split layout (not ANSI / lite). No pressure to merge.

Starting with miryoku-kle-reference.json, I:

Swapped the base layer to QWERTY layout,
Generated a PNG using KLE, and
Added the image to the reference manual.

I didn't reach for emacs or Babel (already learning several new tools at once).

@Dan-Crane I fed the contents of data/layers/miryoku-kle-reference-qwerty.json to http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com, using the "Upload JSON" button in the "Raw data" tab.
