This PR introduces a new Github Action for CI purposes. Any push to the master branch will automatically generate a publication of the updated docs to the gh-pages branch.
@mcollaudcoen: feel free to merge this when you see fit. With this, you can update the docs directly without having Python installed locally. Just make sure to send pull request to merge changes into master: that way, you get the automated build test that will show you if compiling the docs generates any error ...
