Updated stats and pets of the Standard Pack to follow 0.23 update (and also 0.23 since no standard pack pets were updated w/ the new patch) Note: Shark ability is still not implemented correctly since I'm not sure how to add the "double when not in battle" part and the new packs aren't added either.

all requested changes have been added + a few other ones

lvl 2 and 3 descriptions for Dog have been updated along w/ effects
fixed turtle hp typo
