Serious issue: cannot produce 20 brood lords no matter what #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set 20 brood lords
2. Wait for around 1 hour
3. Still spawning larvae after around 50:00-120:00

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see 20 broodlords by the end of 2 hours. Instead I see around 15 and 
around an hour of spawning larvae.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I just ran the program using 20 broodlords as the final condition (120:00) and 
it found a basic solution without a problem in under 7 minutes.

I believe he means that it found the solution in under 7, not a sub-7 minute 
build order.

How long did you let it run for? I was able to get to 20 broodlords in <30 
minutes after having about 126k games played.

Release version 17, Win 7 x86

Hmm... 126k games played? I only had like 30k, that's probably why. I wasn't 
using the computer that I play sc2 on.

Try lowering the deadline from 120 down to 60 or 30, Possibly even tweaking it 
down as it lowers the time
