extractor trick used when not supply blocked

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set to "32 drones, 2 base, 3 queens"
2. run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The output at various times suggests doing 9 overlord then  ExtractorTrick at 
9/10 supply. This makes no sense as there is no reason to extractor trick when 
not supply blocked at 10/10. Something seems amiss. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v0026, windows 7
