'Evolution Rate' increases as time goes by even if build order does not change. #53

It seems 'Evolution Rate' is the opposite of what it should be. Perhaps taking 
1/(current evolution rate) would be a better display for this field.

It is supposed to increase when the builds are stagnant. It is a method used to 
increase mutation ... ah, that's the problem, it is named wrong.
