The output will sometimes erroniously show an valid build as invalid. #68

If a build has too many MineGas alleles in it's gene, the output will report 
that there is 'Nothing left to do.' when instead it should ignore the invalid 
instruction.

Fix:  As an inInvalid that is the opposite of the isPossible.  It will almost 
never be able to MineGas if the geysers are already full.
