Add an option to save/load build settings

It would be good to have an option to save and load the settings (waypoints and 
options) used in Evolution Chamber, especially for complex builds.

There could be a facility to export settings to a file for the user or others 
to load into Evolution Chamber.

Going further, the settings files could be incorporated into a drop-down menu 
of saved builds in Evolution Chamber. This could also include a set of default 
templates, from which users may load common builds, either to test or use as a 
starting point for customised builds.
