When going for lots of fast mutas it goes nuts on overlords #96

I set it for 14 lings and a spine crawler by 6 minutes and for 15 mutas by 12 
minutes with at least 4 gas extractors and it went nuts on overlords on many of 
its early attempts to reach it.

After about 5 minutes of trying this crazy overlord count it starts triming 
down the overlord count and eventually makes it.
