Pathogen glands incorrectly takes 150 seconds instead of 80 #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create a build requiring Pathogen glands from the infestation pit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

For the upgrade to take 80 seconds but instead it takes 150 seconds

    @6:26   M:153   G:430   L:1 S:32/52 Pathogen Glands
    @8:16   Evolved:    Pathogen Glands

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 v0017 on XP 32bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Would be nice to also have the option of no infestors being started before 
Pathogen glands in 30/80 seconds complete

Researching before the upgrade finishes was reported previously as issue #16.
The timing seems to still be incorrect in the trunk.

Fixed in r86
The report stated that the upgrade took 150 seconds. That was incorrect it took 
110 but it's still wrong.
Fixed the Pathogen Glands upgrade from 110 seconds to 80 seconds.

Entering "6 minutes 9 seconds minus 4 minutes 19 seconds" into a Google search 
query gives:
(6 minutes 9 seconds) minus (4 minutes 19 seconds) = 110 seconds

Indeed, Wow, I have a degree in Physics and translated 1minute50seconds into 
150 seconds.. /embarrassed , Ofcourse its 110 seconds , my bad
