Trace IPV6 error #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Traceroute of the ipv6 address. For example: VPCS[1]> trace 
fe80::250:79ff:fe66:6807
2. The message error: host (fe80::250:79ff:fe66:6807) not reachable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the trace for IP...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
