Should work but not really sure. I'm working on a version 2.0.0 which is working fine on 3.2 but no ETA yet.

I have ISPC 3.2.4 and I gave this plugin a try, but with some modifications:

I did not modify Apache (apache custom conf not used), varnish listening on higher ports (modified service file)
nginx also listening on higher port for ssl (modified custom conf to listen on higher port not on 443)
the plugin was unmodified

Result:

seems working, but in several cases it missed the ssl settings for some domains in nginx settings
and I got several nginx warnings for several domains:
nginx: [warn] conflicting server name "just.an.example.tld" on [::]:9443, ignored

Otherwise it seems working, but I did not want to mess with my configuration.
