Travis OS config outdated #135

The recent Travis test failed because of outdated OSX + Xcode combo. Need to look into the currently supported options.

Mostly fixed. The OSX builds could use (supposedly) pre-installed OpenMP capable compilers but I have had no luck getting a successful test. Closing for now.
