Integration tests #146

Integrating a new pair counter would become easier if the tests were exhaustive -- for instance covered all supported instruction sets and ran for all reasonable combinations of bin_refine_factors.

Obviously, that would increase the runtime for the tests significantly but the idea is that such a test is only run once to approve and integrate new pair counters. I plan to solve this with #132
