Added in the option to have a custom Newton-Raphson steps within fast_divide

The approximate reciprocal followed by NR is now encapsulated into a macro.

I don't understand how there are so many extra commits that need to be merged in. Thought DDsmu had been merged into master and not many changes have happened since! The mysteries (mostly from my ignorance) of git/github
