Provide Italian localisation in the application #11

Matteo (todoleo) will translate the strings.xml file in to Italian localisation 
so that the application will now be able to be used by those visiting the city 
from Italy. This should definitely be in place by Spring 2011, well in time for 
the festival.

The translation has been completed and has been included in the repository in 
revision 93. It will be included in version 2.1.
