Tell user when data was last refreshed in DisplayStopDataActivity #16

Currently the user has no way of knowing how old the information is in the 
activity that shows bus stop times. Provide a way, in the title bar or 
otherwise, of showing how old this data is. This could be in the title bar, or 
alternatively somewhere else in the activity.

Only 6 months after the feature was requested, it has now been implemented :) 
The way it is just now won't be the way it will be displayed in the released 
version because the redesigned user interface will probably put it in a more 
sensible location, but the code driving this has been written and it works. Yay!

This change was committed in r71.
