Issue with loading gists and other media in medium articles #131

Hey, I am totally in love with your plugin, recently I came across this issue where the gists and other media were not loading in the article. For ex. Article 1: image

As a workaround, you can post the link on twitter, open it, then delete your post. I don't know if there is a way to capitalize on that for the plugin itself.

It seems that the text should not be write directly and rudely into the HTML, which destroys the events that are already load in the element, resulting in the lazy loading failure of the medium.

This can be observed in the following medium article too. Gists are not loading.
