Disable developer mode popup #64

Would it be possible to get rid of the "disable developer mode" popup by any means? I've followed the pack extension here but there's a CRX_REQUIRED_PROOF_ERROR when loading packed .crx into chrome.

Here's the solution - https://github.com/Ceiridge/Chrome-Developer-Mode-Extension-Warning-Patcher. Works fine on Chromium Edge Version 83.0.478.56 (Official Build) (64-bit) as on 29-06-2020.
