All TCK tests for JSR 166 were rewrited by MTC? Is there any sample code? 

Secondly, I feel confusional when testing thread pool using MTC.

I've checked in the code project that contains the concurrent TCK tests for JSR 
166
written in MultithreadedTC. It is called 'JSR166TCKTests' under trunk.
