could not create default temp dir #2

Running with the -superDevMode alone parameter complains with

[ERROR] unable to create directory: C:\Users\pcuser\AppData\Local\Temp\gwt-codeserver-9103900859982632899.tmp\test.test\compile-1

adding the -workDir c:/gwttmp parameter with the folder being previously created fixes the issue.

Maybe you sould log some options to use the workDir param. Anyway, great plugin!

Didn't work for me. I see that there directory it complains about is now there, but still get the error message
