Investigate adding stylelint cache option #9

From the stylelint's 7.10.0 release notes:

Added: cache option to store the info about processed files in order to only operate on the changed ones the next time you run stylelint (#2293).

This isn't anything that can be added to the project.

It's a CLI option that consumers would need to add on their end.
