Like chrome it would be nice to put the tabs on top.

we can wait for tabbed windows in WManagers or try something else - putting 
tabbar on
top of widget without window decorations

the titlebar/window decorations is a space waster, although the min/max/close 
buttons ar important. whatever the topbar is, it would be usefult to save some 
space for these buttons.

pekwm and fluxbox can serve a purpose here if all links are set to be open in 
new windows. that the autoproperties of window manager could put them all into 
same frame. the ability to move tabs now depends on WM.
