CTRL + Enter is not including www #703

filed on bugs.webkit.org.  If you are unsure you can file it here and we 
will let you know.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type google 
2. press ctrl+ enter
3. see the location bar for url

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should load http://www.google.com

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.10.0 in XP

Please provide any additional information below.
