blocked webpages open new tabs #709

Few times i had a situation when a adblock blocked extra link but arora still 
opened a new tab 
with  information that a webpage was blocked. You can see this i.e at this 
page: http://www.wisevid.com/view_video.php?viewkey=25ad6dae77d4e048d100 . If 
you click at 
play button new tab opens with blocked content. New tab should not be created. 
(maybe 
some info should be displayed at the top of webpage that page was blocked - 
somthing that 
looks similar to seach bar )t
