Underline and strikeout not properly rendered #800

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Arora.
2. Open a website that uses underlines and strikeouts. A good example to find 
lots of 
strikeouts is www.inciclopedia.org or www.uncyclopedia.org .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of seeing the underlines and strikeouts, only the text appears. 
Occassionally some 
underlines may appear, but not always.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Arora 0.10.0 in Windows XP Pro.
