Giant fixed fonts are rendered

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a website with <pre> elements (eg.: http://www.navis-
radius.com/docs/Method_select_File_Format.htm)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
View normal fixed font sizes... Even changing fixed font size configuration to 
a small number 
(eg: 5) doesn't work...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Debian Sid, AMD64, Arora 0.10.1
