New/Colse Tab buttons misalignement #825

Visual Bug

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

there is little to no margin from the bottom of the buttons to the top of the 
tabbed browser bar 
- when hovering on the buttons, the focus rectangle overlaps to the window 
contents while 
browsing (very ugly detail)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Arora 0.10.1 - Ubuntu linux amd64 - KDE desktop (custom install)

if you run arora with a different them like plastique or windows do you have 
this issue?
