Ampersand in web site name not shown in bookmarks menu #899

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bookmark a web page, that contains an ampersand "&" in it's name
2. Look at the bookmarks menu
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The ampersand causes the next letter in the page title to be used
keyboard shortcut (mnemominc character) for the menu instead of
beeing shown as literal.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows, OS/2
