Sign prerequisites installer (setup.exe) #28

Currently, when selecting both prerequisites and signing, the setup.exe installer is left unsigned (only the manifests are signed).

This is a problem me, I have an existing application that we moved into Azure DevOps to build and deploy, but now I see the setup.exe isn't signed. Is there a way around it?
