[Feature Request]: we can add an emergency login

Feature Description

this feature is as said, an emergency situation case as someone is somehow not logged in and need to check and call ambulance then with these feature he/she will be easily able to access the service and for ensuring security and other aspects these emergency can be used only once per user.

Use Case

as these whole project is for health sector emergency facilities , these feature will add more of concern towards the user from our side as its a need.

Benefits

user trust , emergency handling , priority assigned works beneficially for both ends.
