Feature Description

We want to create a fun effect that makes a tail follow the mouse cursor when it moves. This will make the website look more interactive and cool.

Use Case

The tail should have several pieces that follow the cursor.
The pieces should move smoothly with a little delay.
Users should be able to change the tail's color, length, and number of pieces.
