This PR is meant to fix the issue #9, It includes the following changes to be made:-

[X] 🛠️Update Project README
[X] 🚀 Add GitHub Action workflow for build & deploy Jekyll static website
[X] 🎨Add _layouts that has the basic HTML site structure
[X] 🔧create _config.yml , which contain site wide configuration options, variables, and settings.
[X] 🖼️ Also a basic logo to give the your Open Source project a symbol.
